Economics are all around us.

Even though you might not notice it, economics are all around us. We’ll dive into both micro and macro economics to understand how this field affects the world, specific countries, corporations, groups, and individual people. Our instructors will walk you through the way that national and international policies affect the economies of nations around the world. Looking at both current events and even board game strategies, you will study all the forces that influence economic success. Along the way, you will, of course, sharpen your economic vocabulary and analyze concepts like decision making, cost-benefit analysis, incentives, opportunity cost, productivity, and scarcity. You’ll even get a chance to analyze and solve some unique economic problems, when you take your place alongside your fellow JKCP resident economists.
