If you love tennis or golf, you need Julian Krinsky C.O.R.E. training to play at the top of your game: Cardio-conditioning and fitness. On-course or on-court training. Real competition and feedback. Expert coaching on everything from exercise and nutrition to sports psychology and injury prevention.
You’ll receive instruction in your sport each morning from 9:00 a.m. to noon. Each afternoon you’ll choose from dozens of classes such as Sports Psychology, Sports Nutrition, Personal Training, Top Speed, Injury Prevention, and Hands-On Cooking to round out your program.
