Do you want your fashion design to be a work of art or a really useful piece of attire? In every session, you will pick a theme — Sixties Mod, The British Revolution, Functional Chic or “dress like you live in another zip code.” Then, you’ll design your own collection.

Dream, Plan, Achieve

The course will touch on all facets of design, including color theory, fabric selection and fashion illustration. You’ll learn how to drape fabric on yourself to visualize its potential as a garment or accessory, and how to create a pattern for it. Learn the basics, research your ideas and define your personal style. Try your skills, experiment, work hard, use teamwork, play by the rules, hope for luck and really have fun.
