The University of Pennsylvania School of Design offers a four-week intensive studio program in art and architecture. Art students choose major courses in drawing, filmmaking, animation, photography or sculpture. In addition, they select two-week projects in graphic design, web design, clay wheel throwing, printmaking and book arts, oil painting, experimental photography or video.

This program is for all levels, whether the student is learning English for the first time or wants to supplement their current studies with immersion. Students in the Julian Krinsky School of English will improve their language skills naturally through continual interaction with fluent English-speaking students in the program.
Located at the University of Pennsylvania, International Leadership is an exciting mix of global politics, diplomacy, debate, public speaking and UN simulations. Each four-week session features guest speakers — including international dignitaries, members of foreign embassies and renowned authorities in the field — and field trips to Embassy Row in Washington D.C. and the United Nations in New York City.
Leadership in the Business World (LBW) is a four-week program at
the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania designed to introduce
talented rising high school seniors to the fundamental skills and knowledge necessary to lead in the 21st century. The program is held in Philadelphia and San Francisco.
For motivated students interested in science and math, SAAST is a three-week program at the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania. For-credit courses in biotechnology, computer graphics, computer programming, nanotechnology and robotics let high school students preview the college learning experience. The program features hands-on laboratory work, campus life at Penn, and evening and weekend activities.
The University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing offers a four-week intensive program for rising high school juniors and seniors that features cutting-edge research, the latest advances in virtual learning, and clinical experience in Philadelphia's top hospitals. Working with Penn faculty and classmates from around the world, students will enjoy an innovative classroom curriculum that covers health-care topics such as current epidemics, genetics, bioethics and emergency nursing.
Come work with the pros at Philadelphia’s state-of-the-art public broadcasting station for a complete script-to-screen experience. In our three-week session, students explore all aspects of film production by getting behind the camera, writing scripts, directing, editing and traveling throughout the city to scout the perfect location to begin filming. The session culminates with a film festival to showcase students’ work before it is broadcast on the television station to 2.6 million viewers in Philadelphia.
